I support clients to embrace and activate change, so that they rediscover joy and alignment in both their personal and professional life.
Ultimately this means that they have a more rewarding career that is aligned to who they are, more energy, better health, and increased life and career satisfaction.
Why?
Because life is too short to not love what you do.
I love change. And I have experienced transition maybe more than most: an international upbringing gave me a taste for adventure and I have lived and worked in 7 countries across 4 continents.
I have changed career, from my early days working on a debt trading floor to fifteen years working in education, international development, coaching, and facilitation.
I have had change ‘done’ to me, for example through organisational restructures and changes in job descriptions.
I have experienced personal transitions, chosen and otherwise, not least the world-altering impact of having a child.
Not all of these transitions have been successful or easy, but none of them have been in vain. They have all led me on a journey of self-discovery and self-development. They have helped me work out my strengths and motivations, and have brought me here, coaching others to confidently navigate transition, and to define brave, actionable pathways towards a meaningful, purpose-driven life.

My role as your coach is to help you find them, through the use of creative coaching tools, playful exploration, and the simple power of listening. I create a safe and engaging environment for you to awaken your best thinking, consider different ideas, and look at things from new perspectives, providing a balance of positive support and healthy challenge to keep you accountable and on track.
THE STORY OF THE GLITTER JAR
Imagine that the things that make you 'you' - your thoughts, emotions, experiences, interests, and strengths - are like pieces of glitter at the bottom of a jar of water.
Maybe you can only see the top layer of glitter which obscures all the wonderful potential that lies underneath. Maybe the glitter has sat still on the bottom of the jar for a long time and pieces are beginning to dim. Maybe you haven't properly looked at it for a while and forgotten your potential to shine. Maybe you’re beginning to understand that it is time for a change.
Coaching is like picking up that glitter jar and giving it a good shake. The questioning and curiosity that coaching allows agitates the glitter, and your thoughts and understanding of the world begin whirling around, shifting, finding new space.
It can feel unclear and uncomfortable, and sometimes a solution is hard to see. But inevitably, the glitter gradually begins to settle back and the water begins to clear.
And the world looks and feels slightly different than before. Aspects of you that were obscured come into the light, balance is found. The change may be imperceptible at first. But, with each shake of the jar, more transformation occurs and your true potential is unlocked.
